Baku

During the period spanning December 18–19, 2025, the city of Baku hosted an international conference entitled "Constitutional Foundations and Specific Features of the Formation of State Power in Member States of the Organization of Turkic States." The Republic of Uzbekistan was represented at this prestigious academic forum by Mr. D. Aripov, Vice-Rector of the Academy of Justice, and Mr. Z. Omonov, Lecturer of the Criminal Law Department. The assembly brought together distinguished representatives from judicial and prosecutorial training institutions of the member nations of the Turkic Judicial Training Network (TJTN), including the Republic of Türkiye, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The proceedings focused on a comprehensive analysis of constitutional frameworks and the strategic enhancement of state administration within the geopolitical context of the Turkic world.

Kazakhstan

On the dates of December 10 and 11, 2025, the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a high-profile international forum entitled "Protection of Human Rights and Effective Justice: Balance of National Traditions and International Standards." The forum, organized by the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the Turkic Judicial Training Network (TJTN), was dedicated to commemorating the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Republic of Uzbekistan was represented at this prestigious assembly by Mr. Sh. Abdukodirov, Rector of the Academy of Justice, and Mr. N. Juraev, Dean of the Master’s Faculty. During the proceedings, participants engaged in high-level deliberations on the harmonization of national legal frameworks with international benchmarks, aimed at reinforcing the protection of human rights and ensuring the administration of efficient and equitable justice.

2025 yil 22–23 may kunlari Qozog‘iston Respublikasi Bosh prokuraturasi huzuridagi Huquqni muhofaza qilish akademiyasi tashkil etilganligining 10 yilligi va Turkiy sud-huquq kadrlarni tayyorlash tarmog‘iga raislik doirasida Ostona shahrida o‘tkazilgan “Zamonaviy dunyoda qonun, huquq va adolat” xalqaro yuristlar kongressida Sudyalar oliy maktabi direktori H.-M. Isoqov va O‘quv-metodik bo‘lim boshlig‘i Palvanov ishtirok etdi. Tadbir doirasida qonun ustuvorligi va huquqni qo‘llash amaliyoti masalalari muhokama qilindi, shuningdek delegasiya a’zolari Qozog‘iston Oliy sudi, Konstitutsiyaviy sudi va Bosh prokuraturasi faoliyati bilan tanishdilar.

Turkey

From April 27 to May 2, 2025, an international training course entitled "Juvenile Justice" was held at the Justice Academy of the Republic of Türkiye in Ankara. Organized through the joint collaboration of the Justice Academy of Türkiye and the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), the program was attended by a 12-member delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan. The delegation included Mr. Sh. Haknazarov, a representative of the Supreme Council of Judges and Head of the Professional Skills Department at the Supreme School of Judges, Ms. F. Kayumova, Chief Specialist of the International Cooperation Department, as well as criminal and civil court judges from all regions of the country. During the mission, the participants engaged in a comprehensive exchange of expertise regarding children's rights and explored new opportunities for strategic judicial and legal cooperation between the two nations.

From 24 February to 5 March 2025, a seminar-training entitled “Current Issues in the Improvement of Civil Legislation” was held in Tokyo with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), with the participation of a delegation comprising representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Justice, Tashkent State University of Law, and the Higher School of Judges. The seminar-training was attended by I. Nasriev, Head of the Department of Civil Law of the Higher School of Judges.
